2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 Bringing back old times of NG, I have been in NG before 5 to 6 terms and that time NG was at Peak Time, NG was doing better maybe better than other organizations but now I have been noticing that last 1 to 2 terms NG was getting disbanded or getting attacked by bandits again and again because they didn’t have good number of soldiers or shooters.
So in my upcoming term I want to bring back shooters and officers whom I worked with. In addition I would like to bring back the old NG ranking system as well as the discipline back. Also I would like to give chances to all people who really want to show their talents and skills which would really benefit my organizations and departments present inside the organization.
2.2 Make NG Active I want to make NG active by making them :
-attend events
-do gatekeeping
-participate in globals and store robberies
-do ammo runs properly for other organizations
We will make sure that all organizations will get ammunition supply properly so they will not stay on low ammunition numbers but there will be some condition on the ammo run in terms of backup, so I wanna engage NG in more RP terms.
2.3 There will be no discrimination and everyone will be getting fair promotions based on how they contribute time and work towards the organization.There will be logs and HRT will be checking logs and giving promotions according to their activity.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 There will be active use of radio and only important things will be transmitted through radio.
3.2 The Air Force will be scouting outside the base.
For Example:- NG tunnel, Great Ocean Highway, Los Santos Freeway which has to be checked for gang activity and give pass intel to other orgs to be geared up for any situation.
3.3 New Recruits will be trained properly about all the locations of base, how to use PDA, their loadouts and will be given equal attention like others.
Departments
1. Air Force (AF) :-
Their work will be to
- Scout around for intel's
- Providing Air Support for ammo runs
- Helping units for quick travel and response to Globals and locals
2. Human Resource and Training (HRT) :-
- Hire soldiers for organization
- Give them proper training about ( Use of PDA, How and where to place spikes, Gatekeeping duties, Uniforms, Loadout, etc. )
- Maintain discipline in the base
3. Special Forces (SASD) :-
This department will be trained for every type of special operations like
- The first ones to respond to globals and locals
- They will be leading all types of situations like the NG raid, Ghetto Patrol etc..
4. Military Police (MP) :-
- Their work will be to do inspections of logs and all the NG soldiers that they have proper health checkup, Gun license, will be checking everyone's car trunks and background for any criminal or illegal status..
5. Public Relations:-
- It will be a department that will take care of internal problems between units
- Their work will be to Hosts events within the city, and connects with other organizations to plan events!
Bonus System for all soldiers
-Gate Keeping : $5,000/hour
-Store Robbery Participation : $10,000
-Ammo Run Delivery: $4,000
-Other Events Participation: $10,000
