My first goal as chief of LSPD would be to keep up the good environment that is already within the organisation. Everyone sees each other as family, and that is something I would like to keep in the organisation. As a result there will be zero tolerance fo rsexism, racism, discrimination and homophobia. My aim will be to have an organisation where everyone feels welcome and treated kindly and have some good RP. We will still have a lot of fun and create good rp within the org, but everyone must remain serious at all times and only have a laugh when appropriate. LSPD should always be an org that people will want to return to.
My second goal is to keep the organisation how it was when I first started and make the experience for newcomers as great as it was for me. I first joined during Ethans’s term then it was Cash and now Gabi. I must say how much I respect Gabi and how well she has improved the org and built up the reputation of LSPD. During Gabi’s term I have seen how the organisation built itself up and I would accommodate myself to smoothening all the bumps along the way. I would like to continue that work and improve RP for not only LSPD but an improvement of RP for the city.
My third goal as Chief would be to make the ranks more suited for the people that are showing their best potential and reward them with what is deserved. Store robberies and events are crucial to the org and I will always work on our numbers and efficiency when doing such.
Lastly I would like to add that I will be doing bonuses every day when I feel it is deserved.
My advice to improve the RolePlay within the org is to make everyone welcome and feel a part of PD no matter their rank and never to be spoken badly as we are all human and people make mistakes however everyone will be treated the same with strikes/warnings if necessary. Anybody who walks through PD’s doors either that wants to complain or join will be treated professionally. I will be fully on top of any kind of corruption as I feel it is becoming more and more common, as said above, there will be zero tolerance especially for this! I will try my best to make the org full of people that are aware of what they are doing and improve the standards of the LSPD, this would involve building a strong FTO Team!
