we were taking a 10-15 to jail when we were car rammed by ID 108028
I believe that ID 161240 & 193479 & 108028 & 109539 & 205504 were metagaming the car's location with the 10-15 in if you look in the NON RP chat he was Mixing RP with NON RP telling us to slow down in the non rp chat
one of the ID's also mercy killed ID 193479 when we were in the DOC parking we told him to stop walking away and he kept walking towards where he was shooting from that's also why I thing they are metagaming

The player will not get punished for car ramming as you were only hit once and not continuously rammed, as for Metagaming, I can not conclude based on this POV only, would have to see how the detainee was apprehended and whether or not those people were witnesses to it.
