Guss was born in Paris his mothis was an Prostitute she left his in front of an orphanage when he was 5 months old He grew up in an orphanage with othiss he became good friends with them they taught him how to fight and how to live all by himself . Then after some time He left the orphanage to experience the world he moved to different countries like Russia , Japan and then he ended up at Los Santos after Roaming around different cities around the world he decided to settle down at Los Santos . He started working as a delivery boy at post office to earn a living then after 3-4 years he decided to change his line of work as he was hungry for money So He decided to join a Gang he joined Vagos to earn some money by robbing people and stores and he completely went to the Illegal side of the society but after some time he realized that he was not fit for gangs and all he was too kind and helpful he cant kill or rob people for money or fun so he decided to Leave Vagos after 1 month
Current Situation
After leaving Gang he was wandering hise and thise for jobs but none of the government agencies were hiring his because of his lack in experience but one day when he was doing his job as a Cab Driver one of his passenger named Fahd Ukeal who was the Senator of state in government offered his to work at Government with him he taught his everything . He was a Quick learner Fahd personally trained his to be the best in intense Combat skill, Going Undercover and Leading Everyone . As Fahd Left he was left alone but by that time he made a lot of friends in GOV who were helping his to learn and Grow to a Position whise he can be an minister of HLS and follow the Footsteps of his ideal .
Outcomes:
1. Guss is able to take on a 1v2 due to his extensive training in SAHP, GOV and USSS training
2. Guss is able to pick up guns and ammunition from the ground for his own benefit. (Not in a gun fight)
3. Guss is able to use the black-market to buy and sell guns and ammunition for his personal benefit. (Not able to sell organization weapons/items)
4. Guss is able to go to ghetto off duty to kill and rob people due to his street knowledge.
5. Guss is able to hang around his gang friends in ghetto due to him being a past gang member.
6. Guss is able to smash suspects bodycam to stop them from recording (using /try)
7. Guss is able to plant drugs/illegal items on suspects to incriminate them.
8. Guss is able to torture he can throw someone out of the helicopter as a method of torture and use truth serum on suspects for intel (using /try)
9. Guss can lie and manipulate the law to confuse LEOs and help his friends or family out of certain situations.
