I and a fellow officer were on Citations, and there was a global, Then the global was announced 10-99 and then these guys pull up on the mountain and grass with a racecar(Jester and Buggati),

Then after that, in POV1, They also climbed the Rocks avoiding the Server Road Block (The 2 Jesters)
