As you can see in pov he did cl but before cl (F1) he has lot of guns and ammos and after this, when we went to the city this guy 2645 came to us and said I will come with you on Highways sorry for that bla bla, and we did when we searched him he has only 1 gun and some ammunitions Combat Storing.
