2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- As far my experience and knowledge through the Leo orgs I could proudly say I have what it takes to become a leader and specially National Guard because the first org which I joined was Ng and I have another side for it and have the most exp too as I am also serving as a temp leader and I always wanted to see this particular org on TOP and a good leader who can handle things properly and smoothly thought term with descipline as it's been happening from a long time in en1 and but in En3 thing are bit different as the past leaders of NG except some had really poor performance throughout the term in the matter of good RP , good activity and specially handling gates after 20:00 also struggling to get numbers in night-time Zone but I get a chance to become the lewder and rule this org I could fix these problems by simple discipline and fixed timezone players to avoid inactivity in night/day and also focusing on good RP and also trying best to make it as exciting as possible to not get it as a boring org , I will also try my very best to tackle the problems which NG frequently faces as I think every problem has its own solutions from which it can be fixed so for that i would make changes whom I think would help NG for future and I will also focus on making unity in the org so it can do things faster and easier from which it would lead to an betterment of the org and would make legacies.
-As a leader I would try my very best to always make the Fz base clean and safe for our own soldier's also having at least one guy on each gates after 12 to 22 and it would be followed strictly and I will also focus on events too and I will also make sure that no orgs ever suffer for NG due to late ammorun apply or not have active units to do so but always have units for these in different timezone for the betterment of NG and Leo's and as it's the backbone of Leo's due to Thier job to provide ammunition , I will also make sure that the org have some productivity and lot of tournaments and events so it doesn't feel boring while serving as a soldier's as I could say in this time citizens thinks it's an boring org but I also think it have a lot of potential and capabilities, resources from which it can be really better and exciting for the citizens but also need a good leader who is willing to do these smoothly and perfectly for its own betterment in future , I will also make sure that ranks are given to only those who are capable of it and the department shall be handled by those who I think would be best for Thier assigned work so the org can run smoothly .
-As a leader my responsibilities is to provide NG and it's soldier's a better place to work in and always fulfill its demands like ghetto patrols , ammoruns , global events , and curator demands along with good numbers and for the works of NG their will be some particular departments for it so it can be done easier and maintaining discipline and professionalism and I will also make sure that there is no conflicts between the members of my org and these things will be strictly followed under my term as a general so it will lead to betterment and I also think NG is lacking in the matter of winning raids and joining events in again e hours as we also have to cover gates but I will also try to fix these things as it's important for the org and a big problem if it isn't fixed and I will also try to do rec drives frequently so the members can be increased and I will also make sure my deputies knows the rules very well and experienced as if deputy breaks rules it can lead to org punishment so I would try to make it very strict and maintaining quality in this matter also the both deputies must be from different timezones so the org always have a HC who can handle and supervise which leader isn't there to do so .
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Making daily ceremony like promotion ceremony and bonus ceremony for the or memo
2. Making a bond and relationship with other orgs for a friendly environment and betterment
3. Making sure to have guys from all timezones to avoid inactivity and specially at night .
4. People usually gets bored on gates for that a heavy bonus and high chance of promotion for that work .
5. Always communicate with other orgs and own org in events so it can lead to a better result .
6 . Following chanin of command strictly so it can maintain discipline and conflict free .
7. Good RR team for regular rec drives from Ng for its own betterment .
8. Focusing in a good RP and also making sure to have always an unit in each gates from 12 to 22 .
