2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I want to become the leader of National guard because I want to bring back those golden days of National Guard that time when National Guard was at its peak position and having a fruitfull relations with other Organisation though its still there but i want to enhance it more. I have been in the NG 4-5 term and my highest rank was Colonel its been a long time i have been serving for National Guard and giving my best out of best, I got oppertunity of Leading Air Force Department 3 times, i have leaded USM, Combat Medic, Military Police, etc with all my dedication. Since few term i have noticed that NG is struggling in having a Good Term. So i just want Bring the NG to its old position with all my Hard and Smart Work and maintain a good relations with other organisation.
Though NG was at Good Place in the Last Term.
The backbone of the NG is the Recruitment Department which makes the NG functional because this Department is responsible for the Recruitment, Training, etc which means if this department makes mistake then the whole NG may get into Trouble so, I will make sure that the RR officers are best trained in everything so that they can train other in the best way so that the possibility of mistakes will be less and everything will be moving in a good pace. And this doesn"t mean i will not focus in other department i will be watching all the departments and every single things possible for a better outcome. I will be bringing the Old Rank of National Guard.
Bonus System:-
$5,000/hour -Doing Gatekeeping
$8,000 - Participation in the Store Robbery
$4,000- Participation in the Ammo Run
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
Most of the People thinks that Doing Duty in National Guard or being in the National Guard is too boring because all time they have to be at gates and guarding it, so i will make sure that i will change this thinking and situation by giving Combat Trainings, including activites which will refresh the mind of the soldiers so that they can give there duty with fresh mind and full Concerntration.
I will make sure that there will be Professionalism in each and every Officers those who will be a part of National Guard, which will bring Discipline and Experience which will automatically help to improve RP.
There will be Regular Training of each and every soldier no matter about the rank every officer have to goes through periodic Trainings and i will try to have some combat training with other Legal Organisations also.
Departments Which Will Be Functional In National Guard:-
1. National Guard Air Force (AF) :-
This Department will include specially trained Pilots who will be responsible for the Air support for the Ammo Runs, transporting units to the particular situation, Scouting around the FZ Base for the intel.
2. Special Forces (SASD) :-
This Department will be having Specially Trained officers for each and every situation, this will be the first responder to any active situation inside and outside base example:- Globals, Hostage Situation etc.
3. Recruitment Department
This Department will be responsible for recruiting new officers in the organisation, giving them proper training.
4. Military Police (MP) :-
This department will be looking for the corruptions, daily and weekly inspection of each and every soldiers and maintaing rules and regulation in the National guard. This department will also we taking care of the internal problems.
