Rejected Police Taking Bribe!!

Hello there,
I was driving my car with my friend around the farms when a police car stopped me,
they told me that I was stopped because I was reckless-driving and I have to go to jail for some time,
but later the office told me that I can pay a 80k fine and not go to jail,
I said "ok no problem, take me to a bank so I can pay that fine".
When we arrived to the bank, I didn't see any fine and I asked the officer
"Sir, I can not see any fine in my system?", he said "you will withdraw the money and give it to me, it is a bribe money so I don't take you to jail".
and the second officer told my friend that he had to pay 50k as a bribe money or he would take him to jail.
they arrested me and had their guns ready to shoot me and take me to jail if I don't pay that bribe money to him.
