Tugra Harper was bornt in Istanbul. Her parents was having medical issues when she was bornt and her father died at the date of 17/05/2005 due to lung cancer and her mother suffered from heart attack at the date of 29/09/201 Tugra was living with her grandfather and they both were in a small town in istanbul. After her grandfather passed away, Tugra decided to move to The United States of America at the date of 08/02/2020 because of the high quality living standards in Los Santos.
