Greetings,

In the 13th of May, there was a hostage situation in ghetto near Marabunta HQ. So we were getting shot from everywhere, both of us (LEOs and Gangs) from people who where not involved in RP.

So I heard a shooting nearby (0:14) I went directly to check the firing there, checked it, and came back. I knew later after the announcement of Evan Federal that was the area of Marabunta HQ.

I am not complaining about Carlo's decision (if I make a mistake I deserve punishment, Law is the Law!), but I am only saying that it was an honest mistake, and I even did not knew that was the area of Marabunta HQ, and you can even check that in my map. I never go to areas of gang HQs Intentionally (Unless of gang raid).

I know the rules, but that was my first time of hostage situation on that specific location. The area was not familiar to me.

As you can see my record, my record is clean of warnings, only small issues (Like PG, Fear for life of Hostage) and I maintained discipline after the punishments.
