Dell's Father was Cheif in NG. See his Father he is always inspired he will also become like his dad. One day Dell was returning to the apartment near Los Santos when immediately some gang members came and kidnapped Dell.
They just took me to the ghetto area and they get out of the car and they just say to Dell get out.
Dell comes out of the car and they started rob dell. After that, they said that you can earn more money in gangs. By this, they invited me into the gang but after some time it was very stressful for Dell.
it was unsatisfactory for dell as dell was doing illegal work in the city and he always wants to become a solider in the city like his Dad. Then after some days Dell left the gang and joins NG and became a cadet there.
Now Dell is taking much and much experience that how he can be an officer. After some time Dell gets to know that his father is a corrupt officer by knowing this Dell also wants to become that and earn more money.
By seeing and gaining more experience, Dell becomes stronger daily in Knowledge. By seeing hard work Dell gets a promotion to Good rank
Doing this Dell caught many criminals and many people started to know him.
Dell wants to earn more money as he is inspired by his dad.
Outcomes:
1. Dell Akatsuki can breaks bodycams by using breaking the bodycam and possibly let them walk free.(/try command twice)
2. Dell Akatsuki can lower sentences or remove them entirely from family/friends
3. Dell Akatsuki can release anyone from prison, especially family and friends.

5. if bodycam destroying fails Dell Akatsuki can kill the person so they cannot report it.
