3) Made-Man - You have been to at least 10 family events (Showing participation) - You communicate and are active with the family. - You have invited recruited at least 5 "Associates" - you are at least 10 years in the city
4) Enforcer - You have recruited at least 10 "Associates" 5 of which have made it to the rank of "Soldier" - You are at least 10 years in the city - You continue to be active and engage with the family at least 2 events a week - You are recommended by a high command for promotion (Basically your not toxic/cause drama)
5) Capo - You have recruited at least 30 Associates 15 of which have made it to rank of "Soldier" - You are at least 10 years in the city - You engage in at least 3 family events per week - You are helpful in providing information and knowledge to family members _ You were recommended by at least 2 high command for promotion - Must have last name 'Merks' (HC may make an exception on a case by case scenario)
