2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I want to be leader of this organization as i think i have been in every organization of the city as a high command and for a good number of days by knowing the organization to the depth as per my knowledge as per me there are some less rp on going for ems i can increase by doing activities
2. I have been to this community since almost start and served as high command so I want to put my experience which i got from all the orgs to put in my term to make it best and memorable I can easily handle situations in easier way also, I believe a Leader should always be friendly to his colleagues and teach them the rules and regulations if they do wrong take action on them so they know rules and the org runs smoothly. I understand that the leader should be who leads the colleagues and give them the required respect and gives the responsibility and opportunity accordingly.
3. I will ensure that freshers have a quality amount of training and get training without taking so much of time and there will be a bonus structure and the employee who does good work with quality amount of time will be rewarded as best employee Well as Bonus Is the main thing that is important to Running an Org, so ill try to Give a bonus daily basis So they will get Money Daily, so this thing keeps motivating them!!
4. I have Seen there is less rp as a EMS so i will do 2 inspections of every organisations in the city per week to check as they have insurance for their lifes or not some times will try to do a unexpected inspections so i could a good level of rp
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1. No favoritism: Whenever a Curator selects a leader, they ask about favoritism every time, so ill make sure that in my leadership no one will get part of favoritism. I'll Select Employees who are deserving and who know all the things about ems and work hard
2. Improving in Global situations and Hostage situations: Well In last terms I never saw that EMS Is Going to The Hostage Situation and Helping Leos, so ill make Sure That Our High trained Doctors will Help Leos in any Type of Situation
3. Relationships with employees: Building relationships with other players in the EMS and other emergency services is important to create a more immersive roleplay experience. For Employee Enjoyment Will do Some Personal Events also So they will Enjoy While Being in EMS and dont get bored.
4. Better Relation With Every Org: As I saw There Is no Communication with other ORG leaders, So ill Do Weekly Meetings to help other ORG on EMS Side and getting their medicals updates!
