Hi, dear Highcommand admins, That admin Yumy Sole rejected my complaint against the player without telling me the reason and that guy was doing RDM as you can see in the proof that I sent I would like to rethink the ticket and thank you very much!

like i told you in main thread why it cannot be considered as RDM thats why he didnt write the reason
