Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

• I agree he said f*ck you twice but I won't put it under Gen Rule 6.12. This situation could have been handled IC by calling higher ups on radio chat or calling cops and detain him.
• Denying with all due respect to you and your report but I didn't find any harassment here.

• Upon explanation by higher admins, this report is Accepted and the suspect ID 106538 will receive punishment for Gen Rule 6.12
