Rejected unmute/unsilence appeal

i was in jail for 60mins for punching people so i started blasting music from my phone and i got an 8 hour mute!!!!! which i cant serve while offline meanwhile there's people earraping and cussing in taxi radio
i would like to ask if i may get an unmute or get it cut down atleast i wont play music thro my mic again
