First of all its GR1.3 which in short says scam and let me know u the rules first of all scam would be considered when I take some amount of ur money and didn't gave u anything in return what we decided too and in last let me know u that in ur POV black screen is coming in which it completely shows up that u are recording with OBS or recording game overlay only or ur footage might be edited so ID 62743 won't recieve punishment in that case and u might recieve a ban
6.17 It is forbidden to use OBS and any similar softwares for recordings. All overlays must be recorded. | Ban 30 days

I have no clue what you refer to by GR1,3 and your example with money have no basis to this episode. The reason for the black screen is that when I edit the clip was so short so it was hard to put in in the beginning of the opload therefor there is 30 sec black screen. I do not use any OBS.

Why u edited the clip then upload the footage that u recorded

Can I get to know which software do u use for recording then? I am not ID 62743 but I will still appeal for admin complaint if admin do not ask for the raw POV or do not punish u for GR 1.17

1:Hey Again I use GeForce experience to record and here is the full video from time of arrest to the 10-15 escape

2: I edit so it only the relevant pov there show a full holistic view of what happened. no one want to sit and look at 10-12 hours bodycam

As I see it, I say hallo and told I was looking for a wanted person. That is RP. Then i ask you three times for passport when you did not replay or showed passport I gave you 5 sec warning and told you if you did not show passport I will arrest you for failed to comply. After that I cuffed you and now I had prober rp + reason to search name and for illegal items.
