Open to suggestions
Being receptive to suggestions and constructive criticism is always an excellent idea. I want my organisation to outperform all of the others. The RP has always benefited from the application of constructive criticism and the examination of new, original concepts. Because of this, having an open mind always has a favourable effect.
Timezone management
EMS must be operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week, otherwise the RP will be compromised. It is usually necessary to have high commands for both the day and night time zones. If I were in charge of things, I would always have active high commands ready to respond to all departments at any time, as well as timetabled staff to keep the organisation running.
Field Training
I believe that the training should be performed to very high standards. I want all of my employees to be able to perform their RP side in any crucial emergency, which is only feasible with proper training. I will have experienced ex-hcs train incoming EMS interns. FTOs will be available at all times, removing the need for trainees to struggle. All of this would have a positive effect on the server's rp.
Responding to events and lobbies
EMS, on the other hand, must constantly fill both lobbies or all players would suffer. I will not allow this to happen; my hcs will be self-sufficient in managing the staff and lobbies. The other most critical thing is to have units ready to provide medical help and adrenaline shots to state employees. I will always have the units ready outdoors before the event is called to save up the time.

- Due of the large amount of RP outcomes that EMS has, I would like to lead this organisation. EMS is key to the RolePlay; without it, the entire RP would stop working out. The RP's basic foundation would be undermined without EMS. Because of my abilities, I would like to run this organisation because EMS is so important. My strength in communication will enable me to communicate with everyone and find every opportunity to advance EMS.
- As an EMS leader, the leader must maintain extreme calm under pressure. I'm a good fit for the job and I enjoy being of service, so doing it this way would be the best for ensuring everyone's safety and keeping the server's RP exciting. I would have the opportunity to add more RP to the technique. I also have the best managerial abilities, which would lead to a superior result.
- I've been playing grp for 1.7 years, and I can't help but think back on how much EMS influenced my RP. Long ago, when I first joined EMS, I knew that with my leadership, it would be a better place. And now is my moment to demonstrate to the respected curators and to other individuals how EMS can be managed under my direction. All the lobbies would be covered, calls would be answered right away, and doctors would go to the situations and give out candy shots as soon as possible under my supervision only if I get the leadership.
