its explanation of NLR but CLAND is OOC thats why there is no rule in cland it means in normal gunfight u cant punch people its powergaming but in cland u can punch everyone like i said its OOC but the rule u said is IC

Punching is PG/FearRP, these are RP rules which is why you can break them during OOC events. However, NLR is not an RP rule, only time when NLR is allowed is during the purge

It is a OOC circle event no rules apply in OOC circle events

If it's the case, then the Prison Protection event is broken since families can go back in there as much as they want but LEOs cannot. Would be an unfair rule wouldn't it

prison break or any other event script don't allow to enter more than one time, the only event you can enter more than one time is cland, I am wondering how you are a leader
