Upon reviewing the evidence, I decided to Reject this Report
Reason: Officer showed his ID to the gangs. Gangs should not use /try command to check for id in pockets as it is a probable case
There is no wrong in it as after the second successful try command the officer himself showed his ID (I will Tell the Bloods Leader not to repeat it again).
State org failed to fulfil the demand ,So gangs shot the hostage
Regarding the Officer showing ID in off duty and State org not fearing for hostage life SAHP curators will look into it.
Anyhow
Player 72826 will receive punishment for shooting without demands(RDM)
