2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? I want to be leader of NG to firstly do ammo runs for all the organizations that require it. im very active and i have great leadership skills. i want to give NG an active leader that they can look towards to count on and make sure they have someone who isnt going to be inactive all the time. i may be still a little young but i am very mature and know what im doing. im going to provide bonuses, make sure all members of the org are doing okay, and make sure there happy with the position within NG.
The second thing I want to touch on as why i want to be leader:
I. I want to increase the bonuses given by NG to make it feel more rewarding to those who are active within the national guard.
Gate Keeping - 15k Per hour.
Person Trained - 10k Per person.
Ammo Run - 10k Per Person
Military base Robbery -
Lose - 7k Per Raid
Won - 15k Per Raid
Store Robbery - 13k Per robbery
Escorting to DOC - 7k per person (Safely)
Ghetto Patrol - 15k per patrol

II. Second Of All: i want to touch on the members of the organization, As a leader i value my employees at all cost, i care about how they are, if they feel like they are underpaid or something then we can arrange something to help them out. if they feel like they need to talk to someone about any issues OOC or IC i will always be there to talk to them, i value my employees very much and are willing to support them.
III. I would work on the radio and make it strictly for professional use, make sure there is no shouting. use Callsigns within the radio and keep it professional, rather than people yelling at each other every second, i will make it so that its for example General to LT. general: how copy? etc. rather than just (name) how copy? i want the radio to be used under professional use only and nothing else.
III. Make Departments more rewarding, i feel like the departments aren't as rewarding and they need to be more rewarding for example keeping the HOD and DHOD in line and make sure they are giving bonuses and promoting those who deserve it.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization: My advice for improving roleplay is stopping MG, PG etc and having the organization more active, also being more active in events where NG would be needed, make the radio more pressional, and stop corruption from the inside (without bio).
4. Past experience? My past experience is assistant sheriff/cos in SAHP, and in FIB 00 handler. I've been a part of those orgs for about 2-3 weeks and have been favored by many, also have experience within government as a USSS deputy director.
