I posted a forum reporting Bloods FailRP during a hostage situation. To shortly explain what happened: Bloods took our agents hostage and demanded money. When I came to them with the money, I just saw them kill one of the hostages, hence I requested a change of location. In response to that, gangs started shooting at all LEOs that were in that situation.

There is a rule, that says gangs CANNOT kill us if we comply with their demands. I brought the money, they killed a hostage.

I want this situation reviewed by a Senior Administrator, and I would like to hear the reasoning behind Mr. Gold's decision.

The crime curator removed the punishments they issued to state organizations, however, I still think that Bloods broke the rules by killing the hostage in the middle of negotiations.

Your demand is unrealistic, They killed the hostage due to failing to listen to their demands which gives them the right to kill him. You can only request a location change IF there is danger on YOUR life and in this case there isn't and not only did you give a UB demand you also didn't care about second hostage and started shooting.
