1. Leader of the National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I would love to be the leader of the National Guard as i was in NG a few times in and EN3 EN2 and on EN1. I think that i would be able to be a good leader of NG due to my knowledge and previous experience I also would like to be given the chance to be a leader of NG to help protect the city of Los Santos. I have a good team of military professionals ready to take action to what ever come our was and i believe by bringing strong force of my people to ng would make it be successful. We will insure that NG would be the best NG team that the city has ever seen. Also I think that with my knowledge and good communication and team building skills would make a good fit to make NG the best it can be. I have the Knowledge, Dedication and a lot of people who want to work, What else do you want from a leader?
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
During my time in NG I realised a concerning amount of nepotism within the commissioned soldiers, to combat this I will introduce a mandatory test that must be reviewed by the Under deputy / deputy to be a commissioned officer, in addition to this I will decrease the amount of HC spots so that people value the position they have and strive to get promoted. I have two very trusted deputy who have both been ex NG general. I will host IC events to interact with the people and increase the presence of NG and keep us within the public eye. I would implement military law and court as i license lawyer myself and know the law and how to maintain it, I know a few licensed lawyers who can join and help make this idea a reality, This area of NG is heavily looked over and undermined and i know with my experience would be able to make this department very well I will hold 2 weekly meeting one with head of division so they can request anything they might need to help advance there divisions, Equally i will hold an internal open house meeting with all NG solider where They may express all of there concerns and advice for the upcoming days to improve NG, During the NG open house meetings
During my time in NG I noticed a lack of dedication and and hardworking employees, NG is heavily over looked and undermined within the city however it is the infrastructure to the daily running of people lives and the safety of the citizens of our great state. I have 2 ideas to increase the activity the of the org, We would Influence, Persuade and enforce
Influence - We would lead by example all NG HC must commit minimum of 15 hours on duty a week.
Persuade - We will hand out bonuses at the end of everyday and heavily advertise the bonus scheme and will take advice from the lower ranks to see what we could so to encourage them to work
Enforce - As NG we must be strict and if a NG Soldier is refusing to work / Not working after X amount of activity checks we will enforce the and arrest soldier who are in violation of dereliction and desertion. This is the last resort however we will not be scared to enforce it
Bonus System -
Each hour on gates 25k
Person interviewed - 15k
Person Trained - 60k
Events attended - 20k
Stop a raid - 30k
Fail to stop a raid - 20k
My departments -
Marines
These would be best of the best soldiers who have the best gun skills and would be our units that would attend all global and think how to deescalate the situation if that is negotiating or flanking the enemy, this would be the best divisions and the hardest to join, they would work side by side with the air force to improve their response time and also their parachute drops, extractions etc.
Air Force
This would be a division that sores through the sky and lives in the clouds, there main jobs are to provide transport to global and events and to also look out for future attacks and to relay the information to the marines.
Provost Marshals
These would hand out strikes to officers who are doing something wrong and are also in control of the department strikes, they investigate corrupt soldiers and would build a case file against them, they would work side by side with public relations when someone has put in a complaint about a NG soldier
Recruitment Representative
This division would take charge on training and interviewing new recruits, they must train people very strictly and prepare them for NG, they would also review application and either accepted or deny them
JAG - Judge Advocates General
This would be the law of NG they will deal with any court proceedings and any law issue NG may face, They will hold tribunals which are which are internal hearings which will be held when a complaint is hold against a soldier and JAG will deicied the appropriate actin to take in compliance with the Labour code and the code of procedures.
Infantry – This is a basic division which new troops are put into as they first so they can learn about the National Guard and how to improve, The leader of Infantry must be very experienced within all division and he must be a friend yet also a leader to all new troops he must advise them in what to do and give them information on other divisions so they can join them after they are ready, This division specialises in base duties such as gate keeping, raids and basic events. This will build our soldiers up to be the very best possible, in order to leave this division, you must be promoted past corporal and must join another division, People bellow Corporal can only be promoted by the Major general of infantry
