Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 81295 will receive the punishment for Gen Rule 6.4.
ID 69268 will receive the punishment for Gen Rule 6.4.
(ID 67761 & ID 71620 both were criminals having Felonies on them also attempted crime in front of ID 81295 & ID 69268 who were LEOs but rather than arresting they released them )
(FIB Already got punished for State Rule 5.5)​
