Rejected Banned for gym bot

So I was banned for gym bot by Shay when I was just sitting down watching some Netflix on my phone (not looking at the screen) while spamming E.
After I got banned I messaged Steezy and he said that he was talking to me and that I wasn't replying, that is because I had my headphones off watching Netflix on another device. And that when he dropped items I picked them up, that would make sense since I am spamming E. I understand that it seems like I was Gym botting and that it is my word against an admin. But on my mums life I wasn't gym botting and that it is just a misunderstanding.
Thank you for your time and I really hope that my ban gets lifted and that you understand my side of the store.
