In my opinion, i pushed you away from me and took the opportunity to throw cuffs on your wrists whilst you were at a safer distance. Final punch was incoming as I did it. My bad if that's dodgy looking. You'd have ended up in cuffs anyways and IRL if you tried that shit, you'd get tackled to the floor pretty quickly.

From perspective of my colleagues. On first footage with tasing situation. It was less than 1 second difference. Since it is DOC, my colleague might not even see that detainee, and in that short period of time he maybe didn't realize soon enough that you are in cuffs. On second video, person reporting was standing in front of doors. The moment he threw that punch my colleague cuffed him.

• ID 100208 will receive a punishment for PG
• as for the 2 officers from GOV & LSPD first one pushed you away before cuffing and as for the second cuffing at the same time you clicked your mouse to push away the officer the other officer cuffed you
