      1.Leader of Ballas Street Gang
    1. Why do you want to be Leader of this specific Organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
    • I started Grand Role Play just about a Year and a half ago. I started from the bottom in almost every organization and I have worked my way up. Gangs were something that always stood out to me. I joined Bloods as my first ever gang. Worked my way up the ranks and become Deputy Leader. I want to create the same experience and help the new players feel the same way that I did and that hopefully in my time if I become Leader. I can create the next leader of the Ballas.

    • Secondly, I would like to talk about my extensive knowledge of the server. I Pride myself on making sure I have been in every organization in the city. I have been in many state orgs like FIB and LSPD leading some. I have also been Deputies in bloods and Ballas previously. My time has come back where I would like to bring my talents back to gangs and making sure that we will take over the city and make gangs once again the face that runs San Andreas.

    • I have seen many dominate gangs in the past, I have even worked for a few of them. I want to create the most dominate gang this city has ever seen. I want to have Law Enforcement Scared to see what we can do. Make sure every time they hear Ballas is at a store robbery, they are fearful and nervous.

    • Lastly, I want to make Ballas unpredictable. I don’t want to keep robbing the same store. I want to do unique Hostage situations and Store Robberies. Create so much better Rp for newer Players and Even just bring up the quality for the city as a whole.

    3 Your Advice for improving Roleplay Level in the organization

    • First off, I would make sure to do RP training with my whole gang all the way up to my Deputy Leaders. I would try and put them into Rule Break situations that would show and train all members of the org so we can stay with less rule Breaks and keep the gang running at full speed. All gangs are important and they can not function with out each other. I would try and create better RP with all the other orgs. I Would have a 1 on 1 meeting with every gang to see what we can do to take down The LEO’s. I would also like to do a robbery of the capital where we have every gang team up vs every Law enforcement Officer. When I was Leader, I made Mistakes. I wont lie. I Messaged up. That happens. I Just want what is best for the city and I think that I can make that happen. I want to have a chance where I can show what I’m truly made of and show everyone that we will make Ballas the best org that we can. I know that I will make Ballas the most feared gang that I can and I will not let you down.

Gang takes a lot of leader skills and i think lilly has what it takes
