Rejected 300 Mins Off Topic in Club Chat

Good Morning -

I was given 300 mins mute for off topic in club chat.

For someone who hasn't been muted before I think this is pretty excessive.

I left club chat so this won't happen again but I would appreciate someone to lower my time.

In the screenshot you'll see my comment then my friend putting wc.

I reached out to Notix but he/she was unwilling to help.
