1. That happens by mistake sometimes, he did not do it on purpose... the key for cuffing and enlarging gps is the same on leos and gov employees so sometimes by mistake it happens if person is not carefull so its not harrasment

Firstly he did NOT cuff you so idk what are you going on about.. secondly leos and gov got the same key to press for GPS and for cuffing so sometimes by mistake it happens when person tries to enlarge their gps and if you are by any chance in his circle...so...where is harrasment? all i see is you not doing your job bcs he needs to ask u to check his condition 20 times

And he even comes back and says "hello did i cuff somebody SORRY... so please take a chill pill

I dont have POV of that exact situation but that was done bymistake and not intentional. I immediately contacted god and asked to help, Hassy and Vali responded. When i cuffed him bymistakenly i cant find whom i cuffed so i was searching then hassy and vali told me that i have cuffed ph doctor and they removed cuffs. I can send admin chat if required.
