I am interested in pursuing an administrative role because I have a deep passion for creating a positive and enjoyable gaming experience for all players. As an admin, I can utilize my skills and knowledge to assist players with any issues they may encounter and ensure compliance with server rules. Additionally, my native Arabic fluency allows me to assist Arab players facing language barriers, contributing to the community and fostering a fair and fun environment.
2.What are your strengths?
Two of my greatest strengths are my exceptional communication skills and my ability to remain calm and composed in any situation. Being fluent in Arabic and English enables effective assistance and interaction with players from diverse backgrounds. With over +6200 hours of experience in GrandRP, I have developed excellent time management and decision-making skills, allowing quick problem resolution. I am a quick learner, constantly striving to improve and provide top-quality service. Furthermore, I am adaptable and work well in teams, bringing a positive and collaborative approach to every task.
3.What are your greatest weaknesses?
My main weakness is occasionally being too stubborn, particularly when enforcing rules and consequences. However, I recognize the importance of fairness and impartiality as an admin, and I aim to base decisions on evidence and server regulations.
