Vishwa found himself consumed by a desire for wealth and power. Having joined the National Guards in Los Santos, he saw an opportunity to exploit his position for personal gain. Corruption became his modus operandi as he accepted bribes and embezzled funds meant for the community's welfare. However, a moment of awakening jolted Vishwa's conscience as he witnessed the devastating impact of criminal activities on innocent citizens. Determined to make amends, he clandestinely gathered evidence of corruption within the National Guards. With careful precision, he exposed the corrupt officers and criminals while evading suspicion himself. Vishwa continued his work, now as a symbol of redemption and inspiration, using his position to bring about positive change and mentor others to choose integrity over corruption.
Outcomes:
1. Vishwa Can sell illegal weapons that he picked up from gang/family members. (Not org weapons)
2. Vishwa Can be able to torture/Interrogate/kill for information by using truth serum, even lawyers. (with /try Cmd 2 times situation)
3. Vishwa Can let suspects go free if they're in his family, good friends or for money and aid them in escaping. (Following State Rule 1.12)
4. Vishwa Can use any gun, illegal or legal, on duty or off duty.
