Approved ban for GR 6.8 | Syndra Lovinhood

so i was at subs nd saw my lovely fam members taking a photo so i decided to join in. so as i always do i emoted for the picture nd was finna post it on emails but not much longer i got banned for GR 6.8 but as you can see there was no body where we were standing. there was also no intent to be emoting ontop of a body as i was jus doing it for the picture.

This ban seems really unfair.

6.8 It is restricted to do any amoral actions in relation to an unconscious person(e.g. spitting, sexual animations and etc) | BAN 3-7 days

The emote he did was not in relation to any unconscious persons as the video shows it was clearly for a picture with friends. You can see there was no unconscious persons in the framing of the picture that was taken even. Ashtrayy is a respectful guy.. he would never emote on a dead body so its crazy he got a ban for this picture. Please reconsider, thanks.

Didn't look intentional or disrespectful it was clearly a family photo in my opinion should be reconsidered can even see in the clip when he took a screenshot he took the picture and removed the body so it was just a family photo I dont see how this violates any rule.

  Him emoting was not in relation to an unconscious person nor was it intended for it to be. Simply emoted, took a picture with friends and fam in which the person wasnt even in the picture, then immediately uploaded it to ingrand.
