Rejected Car Ramming in Store Event / VDM / RDM / No Fear RP

There was an Store Robbery, and this person comes out of no where rams me while I am in Gunfight with Bloods (INSIDE THE CIRCLE). There is no proof he was involved in the situation and didn't stop when I said he can't do that.
