reason 1: i want ng to be the best org it can be and ng is the heart of orgs without it orgs are nothing ammo supplies etc.
reason 2: i want to give ng the best term it will see i want rework everything from ranks to the system i will do new teams examples Gate Guards role for those who like garden an engage in gun fights etc departments: special force of ng this will be the main power of ng which will do hard mission's like doing highway patrol's capture wanted criminals and Ammo run officers will be train to be in convoy of ammo runs at all cost
reason 3: this for ng over wll roles will be reworked and the system overall like role names and options
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization. i think ng needs alot of training as they dont engage in fights alot they will be train to fight in air and water and ground as NG is the heart of los santos they need to be ready at all times
