Upon Reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept the thread.

ID 16953 will be punished for Gen Rule 6.21.

"It is forbidden to abuse armored cars (impossible to shoot players inside) | Warn."

ID 16953 will also be punished for Gen Rule 6.2.

"It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc. | WARN."

Also, ID 59818 will be punished for Meta Gaming.
