After being dropped several times in his head by nurses at birth Masta stayed in a coma until he moved to Vice City in the early 2002s. His trauma caused him to have high IQ. He never knew his parents, never went to school yet spoke 5 languages. At 16 he was caught counting cards in Caligula’s Palace, Las Venturas, so he decided to move across the country to Los Santos before getting into trouble with the mob.
Once in Los Santos, Masta was recruited by the government after the secret service heard about his IQ. He met with Poppy Lasombra, governor at the time, and started to work as a DOC Guard. His hard work quickly raised him amongst the ranks. Because of his high work standards and discipline in the government he quickly became a respected Officer.
Under Kazuto’s leadership, Masta was considered a prodigy and quickly became Director of DOC. Even though Kazuto’s term didn’t last, Masta did.
After Kazuto and Rook’s terms failed. Governor Stoney Hart had to take a stance, he realized that promoting Masta to Secretary of State was the only way to keep the ship from sinking, Stoney had a quick meeting with his Deputy’s and thats what they did. Masta was one of the most respected politicians in Los Santos.
He served our great city as Governor for over 130 days.
OUTCOMES:
1. Masta is able to take bribes (up to $100k).
2. Masta is able to take on a 1v2 due to his extensive training in GOV. (Still show fear when needed)
3. Masta is able to pick up guns and ammunition from the ground for his own benefit. (Not in a gun fight)
