i would like a different admin to look over this thread then one of there family members thank you.
and second of all we were roaming ghetto and we saw them and killed and robbed there is no rule people cant be robbed after turfs its ic after turf not ooc as i have already clarrified you with event rule 1.2.

After any ooc event if he/she outside city then anyone can Rob with proper RP(after turf ends the person is no longer ooc character)
and if it is in ghetto then anyone can shoot(KOS).So No rule break
