When I was installing some visual modifications to enhance the look of the plain look of GTA, I wasn't aware that it would take away the grey tint from the bleeding out screen.
If I knew that the grey tint was considered an illegal redux under GR 4.1 then I wouldn't have installed that particular graphic pack.
Since then I have already removed the conflicting mod that doesn't display the tint, I would be willing to show proof or screen share if needed.
But if the senior admin team determines not fit for this unban appeal then I understand or reduce the time remaining as I don't go out my way to break rules or ruin anything for people.
