After I collected evidence undercover, I went to patch up one of the downed LEOs. Bloods gave demands to LEOs, but I'm acting as a civilian in this situation, and it's definitely not allowed to shoot someone just because they were about to patch up an LEO. They didn't give me demands to not patch him up or to leave the area, so it's RDM.
Now the ID that killed me is 4931, but it's clear from the POV that I was shot at by multiple people, so I would like to see the Bloods POV of this situation to see everyone who did RDM here. Might be a mass rulebreak even.
