Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

• ID 1291 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.13.
• ID 91722 will receive a punishment for Ghetto Rule 1.7.

We don't need 1 minute POV to accept something. As long as we can understand the full situation then it can be use.
