Approved Warn Gh.R. 1.3 | Shay Puxury. (Alex Odd pls check)

I just got warn from Shay Pluxury for no reason. Rule saying i can not be in gang HQ without IC reason or permissions.

IC reason i left gang for task what OOCly we cant do when we are in organisation. ICly i know whole gang members and they know me, and know that i was their part and living in neighbourhood. And also Ballas HC apply that i can stay with food truck in HQ .

This admin without asking punished (any other times they always asking prooofs, answering to me when i reporting strange moments - Maybe its an RP moment, if u think not they post in forums ...) how he knew i had permissions or not , when i got it , or someone reported me and didnt asked HC about i have permission to stay there or not ?
Also when i explain that he make mistake he ignored moment like he didnt understand what i saying ... and he ignored also HC messages in M reports ...

i can not understand why admin acting like this, and whos orders he follow, cause its provocation ....
Here also proofs about HC also write to him in reports i have permissions to stay in HQ.

Dear Alex Odd , when im reporting non rp peoples, admins always miss it , and asking report on forums. When situation clear by RP and noone from gang members reports me about i break rule or ignoring demnds to leave HQ they giving direct punishments... what based only on their fantasies. Remove my warn, what i get for Shays just personal decisions, maybe hate. If it possible and ask Shay to pay compesations for my time in demorgan for no reason and lost food truck - 500.000k

Shay anwers Jawab in reports - Ure not included to situation ... OFC i got warn for being in gang hq without reason or permission. HC of gang saying i had it , and admin saying ure not involved...
