Hello there,

First of all, I would like to apoligize for this "new/second" ban appeal. But My previous appeal did not give me a clear answer why.

So I opened this thread about my ban of gen 1.7.
It has sadly been rejected by James.

Rejected, rules are the same for all players

1.7 It is forbidden to transfer property as a gift (including neon shoes), whose total amount exceeds $5.000.000(You are allowed to receive 5.000.000$ and transfer 5.000.000$ per

This rule doesn't really give me the answer, why I shouldn't be able to sell Battlepass..

I am getting an amount of money in exchange for the Battlepass..
I did not receive free money/donation of people, right? And what if the battlepass would be worth 6m? Then this whole selling Battlepass would not be even possible.

For example selling a car u also could receive 10m+ a day? This is no breaking rule 1.7.
Why wouldn't I be able to sell multiple battlepasses... At the end I am buying GC, means I am supporting the Project..
Only difference is there is no automated exchange system for the trade. But in fact it's the same thing right? U give something, U get something..

If I am wrong about this, please enlighten me up.
I am confused.

I kept reading rule 1.7 to understand why I got the punishment, but I still can't get to the whole thing about it./.
My transactions were all business related, there is no donation/gift.

The only reason is because I am not able to "trade" the Battlepass. People keep selling clothes/resources well over 5 million. What about them???
