Sandy Hellfire was born in a small town in India, where her family slaved day and night to make ends meet to feed their 3 children. Sandy always knew that she would amount to something brilliant and believed there would be something more waiting for her beyond the limitations of her humble beginnings. As Sandy grew, her opportunities grew also and she was offered to live in Los Santos to begin her career in the Los Santos Police Department. She knew that the journey ahead of her wouldn't be easy but she remained hopeful and determined to turn her dreams of making her family proud into a reality. Once she reached Los Santos, her life completely turned around. She was finally recognized by her superiors for her passion and skills as an officer, subsequently landing a promotion after promotion. All of this money was overwhelming for Shannara. She had so much power. Something she never had before. She began testing her limits within the org and realized there is a whole life out there undiscovered. An illegal life that consumed her and she never looked back.
Career Story:
Beginning her career in the police department was a huge step from the penniless slums in India. At first, she thought that the wages were enough, but Los Santos is an expensive city and she could barely afford a place to stay, often sleeping on the benches of the city parks. She got the offer to transfer to the military, which she took without a second thought. She was able to reside in the barracks which saved her money, and the large paychecks stacked up. Her friend Alex Polo confided in her about leaving the National Guard to join the Secret Service and wanted her to join him on the journey. She agreed, and because of her extensive Leo experience, she was offered a high rank. When on ghetto patrols with the department, Sandy stumbled upon a gang meeting in a dimly lit alley. She listened discreetly from a hidden vantage point and was shocked to hear their plans for money laundering, drug deals, and corruption. Sandy couldn't sleep that night. Her mind was filled with ideas about all of the illegal things the gangs might do. She was ... intrigued. Days turned into weeks and she just couldn't stop thinking about it. That night she put on a mask and delved into the ghetto to begin her double life and that flicker of the girl she used to be disappeared into the depths of deceit and lies.
Outcomes :
1. Sandy can carry her org weapons/vests on and off duty so she can always respond to any situation quickly.
2. Sandy keeps her radio on her 24/7 to listen to GOV calls while not on duty.
3. Sandy is able to use illegal weapons while off duty.
4. Sandy can sell and buy weapons/illegal items in the black market.
5. Sandy is able to do any illegal activities (must not involve LEOs).
6. Sandy is able to go to the ghetto off duty to kill and rob people due to her street knowledge.
