Hi, In the POV you are driving around "over" the farm in that car which in itself should be happening. Secondly you drive directly towards the person and then proceed to hit him. Do you have POV from your eyes showing you could not see him in your eyes?. If so please provide and I shall remove the Punishment.

In relation to the "Title" VDM is Killing someone with your Vehicle, CR is Hitting them with a vehicle and therefore is a difference and we can punish based on what we see and what the rules are , the punishment for either would of ended up with the same outcome so you wernt punished any extra or unfairly.. There at times can be multiple rule breaks within a POV so not always based entirely on what's said in the main title. Thanks
