Respected Sir, I hope u are doing well. I want to say that I got banned for 1.9 GR. From my IC Age, u can see that I am new in the city and I tried to read all the rules as much as possible but some rules were left behind due to the addictive nature of the game. Sir, I accept that I did a mistake because I was unaware of the rules. I am feeling very guilty for my mistake and I want to deeply apologise for my mistake which was done unintentionally. I just want to come back to the city and I am ready for any other punishment for my mistake.
I am just asking for your mercy to forgive me and give me one last chance so I can redeem myself to u and I will never do that mistake again.
