Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 98311 & ID 97707 will be punished for Gen Rule 6.2.
(Gen Rule 6.2 It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc. WARN)
ID 97707 will receive punishment for Mixing.
(At 0:20 ID 97707 was using an OOC term "VDM")
ID 97707 will receive the punished for UB (Talking while dead).
(At 1:38 & 1:56 ID 97707 was talking in RP chat while dead)
ID 97707 & ID 98311 will not be punished for Bug Abuse as it was never successful and the advantage was not taken.
