Approved Governor has been taken hostage

Backstory
The Governor of State of San Andreas has been taken hostage while he was on his way to work and the government got information that the gangs kidnapped the Governor and that they are heading to Cayo Perico.
The gangs who took him have no interest in money and they just want to kill him to spread fear and send a message that this government is a failure. Other government organizations decided to send all Spec Ops from all organizations to island to try to save governor

How it works

State

• State will send 10 of their best units from each org to Aircraft Carrier where they will make a plan how they are gonna rescue the governor.
• State need to be on the aircraft carrier for 15 min making plans and preparing for the mission. After 5 minutes FIB can launch 2 drones to find out what is the location where they are keeping the governor at.
• State need to get to the island, locate the governor, eliminate all terrorists and take the governor back to the capitol building.
• If terrorists kill the governor the Loes still need to continue their mission to kill all terrorists.

State Roles

1. Each org needs to have 2 units with heavy snipers.
2. Each org will have 2 drivers who will drive 2 armored cars.
3. Each org needs to have 4 units with LMGs.
4. Everyone who is not part of these above will have ARs.
5. NG needs to have 2 pilots from their Air Force division.
6. EMS needs to send 3-4 people (to check the governor's health condition).
7. Once they take governor GOV/SS need to be around governor at any given time

Gang

• Gangs will have 10 members from each gang
• Gangs will have to find location where they want to keep governor at
• The governor will be alone in a room (so he will not get shot during the 10-10s)
• The gangs need to protect their asset (governor) by any means.
• But 40 minutes after State start their way to island the Gangs can kill the governor

Gang Roles

Each gang needs to have 2 units with heavy shotguns.
Each gang needs to have 3 units with LMG.
Everyone who is not part of these above will have ARs
