Rejected Wrong reason jail

I tell the car I want to steal to stop and it keeps running away, I try to stop it, but the admin who doesn't know the subject thinks that I just hit the car and throws me in jail.

-Calling an admin by saying that it hits the car is deceiving the admin because a different role is played there.
-How do I steal a car without stopping the car?
-I was imprisoned without investigating my reason for stopping the vehicle. The man wants to stop the vehicle, why is it not investigated?
-The player called the admin, proved himself right and deceived the admin. He should have researched the issue, I think they should be penalized as the owner of the car does not fit the role.
