To, Senior Admins and Admins from LEOs :
I got warn for Gen 6.4 from Approved - Mass Rule Break | Multiple ID's by Julio Misfit and I firmly belive its a Wrong Decision.
As you can see in the POV , a gangstar from Bloods came to PH with his Gang Vehicle and he was wearing a Red vest which is illegal. So I send him pull over request with my FIB car but he didnt stop and headed to Ghetto. We can only block the engine after we give the suspect 3 pullover request, thats why I could not block his engine also I didnt chase him to Ghetto as we need minimum 3 units to enter the Ghetto. But within 30 seconds he again came back to PH and I send him Pullover request with ORG car and also told him to get off his car which is a demand from me. Then again he turned his car and was about to leave but this time I blocked his engine and he started running out of his vehicle. I immediately started chasing him. I had 2 option there to catch him, one using my taser to stun him down and second, using lethal force to shoot him down. I chose to use lethal force as the suspect was out of taser range.Besides I am a member of FIB Special Division (Spec Ops) with a rank of 22, so I have the official right to use lethal force when it is needed. Even, Former Deputy Director of FIB, Mr. Ace Galante agrees with me as well.
I followed the proper FIB protocol and did act according to the RP situation. Therefore, I request you to remove the punishment and allow me to continue serving FIB with my utmost dedication, determination and devotion.
